New Companies Act 2008 & MOI

The new Companies Act 2008 is expected to be implemented in the last quarter of 2010.
All companies and close corporations (CC’s) currently registered at CIPRO will continue to exist with the same registered name and number previously assigned to them. They will, however, be required to convert to the new system, by filing an amendment to their Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI).
Performance related pay schemes - Can they be made to work?
