Lisa Williams-De Beer

Lisa was admitted as an attorney in 1998 and practised in Durban until 2011, when she joined WB&I as a director.
She is a senior member of the labour law department, with a special interest in policy drafting and alternative dispute resolution. Lisa is also a commissioner at the CCMA and sits on the panel of a number of bargaining councils as an arbitrator. She is a contributor to the Industrial Law Journal and a past president of the KwaZulu-Natal Chapter of the South African Society for Labour Law.
Lisa is an avid rugby fan and loves reading and travel.
She is marrried to Ryan and they have a son.
