Qualification: B.A.,Ll.B., Ll.M.
Howard was admitted as an attorney in 1998 and joined WB&I Inc in 1999.
He is also a conveyancer and notary public.
Howard practises in the commercial department and deals with commercial agreements, corporate, intellectual property, competition and maritime law, and estates and trusts.
His interests include canoeing and the outdoors.
He is married to Carol-Anne. They have a daughter.
