Preferred Fee Structure

• Generally we charge fees calculated on a time basis in accordance with an agreed hourly rate. We are prepared to charge a fixed fee for the preparation of standard contracts, registration of servitudes, leases and the like.
• In certain cases where the work is of a repetitive nature and instructions have to be processed in high volumes, we are prepared to negotiate lower fees.
• The basis for arriving at the fees is to be found in the relevant provisions of Rule 16 of the Kwa-Zulu Natal Law Society.  This Rule is available upon request of us.
• We are negotiable on the subject of fees within the framework permitted by the ethics of our profession and the Rules and Rulings of the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society.
